What are self-adhesive labels made of? There are four main parts, namely surface material, film material, adhesive, and backing paper material. Today, we will discuss these four parts in detail and understand the role each part plays.
Let's talk about the surface material first. It mainly plays the role of content carrier in self-adhesives. There are many kinds of surface materials, and there is no one-to-one description. We will introduce several common surface materials, including coated paper, masking paper, transparent PVC, kraft paper, polypropylene, etc.
Where is the film layer material? We can see that there is a film layer on the surface of the sticker. What is the material used for this layer? The types are mainly: transparent polyester, translucent polyester, transparent oriented stretched polypropylene, translucent oriented stretched polypropylene, transparent polyvinyl chloride, glossy white polyvinyl chloride, matte white polyvinyl chloride, synthetic paper, etc.
Everyone should know the role of adhesive. This is the adhesive applied to the back of the tissue, mainly used for bonding. Common ones are: ordinary super adhesive, ordinary strong adhesive, refrigerated food strong adhesive, ordinary re-exposure opening type, fiber re-opening type.
The bottom paper material is the bottom layer of the self-adhesive paper. When using self-adhesive paper, we will tear off the bottom paper. The bottom paper is used to isolate the adhesive and can be easily removed and peeled from the top paper. Common materials are: white, blue, yellow racine paper, kraft paper, polyester (PET), coated paper and polyethylene (PE).
